Quails Run Cottage rates are based on a 2 person occupancy, with each additional person charged $25 per night, up to a maximum of 6 persons. Rentals are a minimum 2 night stay. 50% is due upon reservation with the balance of rental, plus a $500 security deposit or equivalent credit card authorization, due 30 days in advance of stay.

VISA, Mastercard, and American Express cards are accepted.

All holiday weekends and spring break week are payable at peak rates and are a minimum 3 and 5 night stay respectively. All taxes including 5% GST, are extra. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs more then 30 days before arrival, there will be a full refund less a $100 Cdn administration fee. If cancellation occurs 30 days or less, the rental, less a $100 Cdn administration fee will be refunded ONLY IF cottage is re-rented for equal amount.

Guest Notes: During the growing season, guests can expect to encounter the normal activities associated with living on a working farm, including the operation of equipment, presence of labourers and use of nutrients and chemicals in the orchard area.
